We have dedicated our time and energy into modernizing finance. We believe that understanding of value measurements, of cash flows, of technology disruptions and improvements all have to be integrated into the financial model.

One of the major changes has been the migration of wealth into self controlled wallets. The eliminiation of banks and financial institutions is not amyth, it happened. We want to migrate products like bonds and commercial loans, over to that world. But not merely taking those existing products and moving them, we want to improve those products.

We started with Commercial Multifamily. Its the most common asset class used for wealth preservation and creation outside of government paper. The system for valuation was old and outdated, so we fixed that. Our solution is better for owners, better for investors and better for renters.

When we made that available through tokens it opened an international democratic markets. One not controlled by banks and finacnial institutiotns, one dominated by individuals.

Unlike 30 years ago, where the banks would pay healthy interest rates on savings accounts, and even acceptable interest on checking accounts, they now feel that you should pay them for the priviledge of depositing your money and letting them use it to make profits.

We have assembled a team of veteran real estate and financial sector professionals, with over 30 years of industry experience and dealing with billions of dollars worth of properties and lenders internationally with the focus and sole objective of modernizing, if not revolutionizing, the multi-family commercial financing banking segment.

We accomplishing this rather lofty goal, by changing the way properties are valued for financing, and taking away to power of the lender to force refinancing, and even horrible interest rates, and financing restrictions, driven by external factors like Fed Rates and Cap Rates, rather than the actual financial performance of the property itself.

What no longer matters

Our underwriting modeling are NOT based on the Fed Rate, or Cap Rates.  Only the actual financial performance of the property matters and is combined with forward looking market projections, based of wast volumes of data that is available in todays world.

The Story of RealNOI

We have a lot to say about the fintech space

We all started working 30 years ago in different aspects of the financial markets. Over the years we bumped into each other and those bumps turned into friendship, into sharing ideas, into innovation. RealNOI is the result.

Patrick built Revolution Money, which you know as American Express Serve. Dan is a tech guy who the US military and NASA rely on at the highest level. Then there is Peter. He talks too much, he tells really bad jokes, but he really really understands cash flows and lending. We would put him up against your best person.

Together we form the intelligence that created RealNOI. You won’t find a better group for the project, but you can find better dancers at a party.

The idea that spurred the innovation was a tech conference in Utah. A bunch of young entrepreneurs were showcasing their ideas for putting Real Estate on the blockchain. There was a lot of discussion about Title and Equity, and there was Peter shaking his head saying, not to be a wet blanket, but that won’t work. He was summarily dismissed and went home. But it bothered him and he kept complaining to Patrick and Dan, so they said if you have a better idea put it up on a website.

Which he did. There he sat for 3 years, unnoticed. Two years ago someone saw it and called to ask if this was real. Peter said yes it will work to which the caller responded, well we really need a solution. The commercial mortgage market is no longer about performance, its about gambling on Fed rate decisions.

Peter called Patrick and Dan and said I am going to build the idea out. Two years later we are launching into a market where 40% of the loans reaching maturity cannot refinance, not because of performance, but because valuations, a somewhat arbitrary measure, are more important that actual performance.

Our idea and structure can innovate and transform the lending markets benefitting both owners and lenders. It’s a truly win win idea. It also brings the dream of using blockchain in real world important asset, a reality.

Our platform allows investors to get a safe multiyear return, from anywhere in the world. Proven returns on assets that the major banks, insurance companies, pension funds, governments and a host of other financial institutions rely on to keep money safe and secure. As we speak over 3 Trillion USD of loan against the same properties we are offering to you, are held by those institutions out of reach of normal people. The only way you can access them is through a brokerage. Not anymore. We are bringing you into the inner circle. So you can sit down with NY Life and AIG and say, I invest just like you.

Patrick Graf

Chief Executive Officer

Patrick serves as the Chief Executive Officer of RealNOI and has an extensive background of innovation in the Fintech industry vertical.

In recent years, Patrick has designed, developed, and deployed technology platforms and services enabling efficient online customer acquisition for retail and digital products, assisting online marketers in achieving financial success on their campaigns, maximizing revenue, and reducing cost, while extending their effective customer life cycle and total customer earnings.

Patrick was a founding member of Sociallity a platform focused on providing socially responsible healthcare services to the under and uninsured population. Patrick has also co-founded several other healthcare centric platforms focused on Tele-Medicine and Tele-Therapy.

Mr. Graf founded Enablest a merchant services company revolutionizing the payment industry to technology innovation, honesty, and viral marketing, and held the role of Executive Chairman of Data One International, a high-risk merchant processing company, and an executive team member with Plateco a technology platform.

Patrick co-founded and held the title of Chief Technology Officer for Revolution Money, where he architected a payments industry revolution by deploying a new technology platform for integrating with merchants, the authorization system, and the Credit/Debit card issuing platforms, launching a new payment brand competing directly with VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.  Revolution Money was sold to American Express, at which point Patrick departed ways to continue his vision of changing the payments industry rather than dealing with the hurdles of a corporate giant like American Express.

Prior to that, Patrick was part of the founding team of QI Solutions, as Senior Vice President, which was later sold to NEC computers and today is part of the largest technology consulting firm in the Eastern countries.

Patrick has more than 30 years of professional service experience. He specializes in bringing technology, business, and process innovation to life, focused on achieving strategic and tactical business objectives and quickly impacting overall business at all levels, including operations, revenue and margin growth, process improvement and effectiveness, and the deployment of high-impact solutions.

After completing his business education in Switzerland, Mr. Graf started his career working in the high-tech industry for Intergraph, a provider of highly innovative technology solutions.  During his tenure at Intergraph, Mr. Graf developed and deployed business process automation technology solutions in an effort to streamline the operational effectiveness of the Intergraph business, while maintaining his business line responsibility as the manager of maintenance and support client services and contracting.

After a 4-year tenure with Integraph, Mr. Graf took employment with, RP Scherer (Now Cardinal), a large pharmaceutical manufacturing company, where he worked through the ranks in the planning and scheduling groups, where after becoming the US manufacturing master planner, Mr. Graf was challenged to transform the business’ technology business solutions from legacy and manual planning practices to an Enterprise Resource Planning solution.

This deployment of this innovative technology, being one of the first deployments of this type of integrated technology in the world, allowed Mr. Graf to leverage his technology industry background and successfully implement global enterprise technology solutions and launch his first startup, Rapid Deployment Inc., which grew from a one-man firm to having 55 active senior consultants servicing exclusively fortune 500 companies.

Rapid Deployment inc, was quickly acquired by Solutions Bank, where Patrick became a member of the senior management team and helped grow the company to a strong global consulting firm with over 5,000 consultants with offices in 19 countries.

Solutions Bank, later renamed SBI and was acquired Avenue A, now a Microsoft company.

Peter Gallic

President

Peter serves as the President for RealNOI. Prior to that he was President of Sociallity Group where he incubated several successful healthcare ventures, focusing on virtual medical solutions.

He started his career in finance working in the CMBS segment with a focus on hospitality lending, leading him to a three-year stint with the Chinese Tourism Authority where he helped build vacation programs and promote travel. That lead to 35 years managing and making investments in technology, real estate, hospitality and healthcare. 

Peter also worked at Absolute Life Solutions where he designed an effective tool for analyzing mortality risk. The tool was used to reprice risk on hundreds of millions of longevity assets, saving the company untold millions.

He is a behavioral economist and alumni of Ateneo De Manila where he received an Economics degree.

Daniel Gallic

Chief Operating Officer

With more than 30 years of expertise in programming, engineering, and applied materials, he is an expert at leading fast-paced product development SaaS teams to a successful launch with mass production in mind.

He is credited with creating the first encrypted communications platform on cots devices to be used in open networks and currently holds a coveted United States Department of Defense clearance. Mr. Gallic is a valued expert in managed security over computer platforms.
