We understand that the ability to convert RentTokens back into liquid FIAT currency is an important consideration for investors. With RealNOI RentTokens, liquidity is never a concern.

First and foremost, RentToken holders receive cash flow every month, starting immediately after closing. If a lump sum payment is needed, the held RentTokens can be traded on our secondary market platform, or RealNOI will offer a buyback.

Cashflow Liquidity

RentTokens provide cash flow liquidity to holders by distributing the monthly Net Operating Income (NOI) every month throughout the entire hold period.

The total liquidity of the initial investment amount is achieved by year 12, after which all NOI payments become pure profit for the holder.

The built-in cash flow liquidity generates 8–9% liquidity per year, requiring no additional actions from the investor.

Secondary Market Trading

If cash flow liquidity is not sufficient, held RentTokens can be traded on our Secondary Market Trading platform in exchange for a lump sum payment. This transaction transfers the RentTokens and all future NOI payments to the new RentToken holder.

Trades on the secondary market platform allow for both spot and market trading. Prices will generally be influenced by the projected NOI that has yet to be distributed to the selling RentToken holder.

RealNOI Buy Back

If secondary market trading is not desired, RealNOI offers a buyback program, where RentTokens are repurchased by RealNOI in exchange for a lump sum payment to the original token holder.
